This website is designed to set as an online portal of knowledge for those who wants to search, learn, update and enhance more their skills in the field of Open Source Technology. Some of the specific objectives of this project are stated below:

1. To open as a gateway to all IT students and employees of Tarlac College of Agriculture (TCA) who wants to study and learn about Open Source Technology.
2. To provide information and e-books to all beginners who wants to learn different Open Source Applications.
3. To give supports for the beginners and intermediate technical people who currently uses Open Source Technology.
4. To deploy and give Open Source Software, errata and other packages for the beginners and advanced Open Source users depends on their needs.
5. To give easy and direct linkages to the other Open Source Websites.
6. To provide Technical Support through e-email, mobile messaging / texting, forum, and / or on-call support.
7. To promote and initiate Open Source Technology not only in Tarlac College of Agriculture (TCA) but also in the entire Philippines.

              This website is limited to Open Source Technology only. All software, tutorials, news, forums, e-books, and even the technical support are only intended for Open Source Technology but with some considerations to computer networking matters.
