Orangewood Townhouse Park is a townhouse complex located at 47th Avenue and Orangewood in Glendale, Arizona. Of the 92 privately-owned, two- and three-bedroom units, 49% are owner-occupied and the rest are rentals with absentee owners (as of 2005).

The townhouse complex is governed by the Orangewood Townhouse Park Homeowners' Association, through its elected Board members. The legal owner of each property may cast one vote in the general meetings.

Monthly homeowners' dues pay for water, trash collection, exterior paint and lighting and maintenance of the common areas. Roofs, air-conditioning units and all patio and interior repairs are the responsibility of the individual homeowner.
