We are the final year student nurses of Gleneagles Intan College of Nursing and currently conducting a survey regarding "Organ Donation and Transplantation in Malaysia". We would like to collect the public's opinion for a better understanding the issue and attitude of the Malaysian toward the above-mentioned topic for our final year research project.

The survey will be conducted online for the period of two weeks (15th March � 31st March, 2008). We would like to invite fellow Malaysian to participate the online survey.

Most people are able to complete the questionnaire in approximately 5 minutes. The responses and any comments will be treated with utmost confidentiality. After the results are tabulated and compiled, we will publish our finding in this website.
