5) Save-A-Vegetable : grow a specific vegetable, harvest the seed and return the seed to the seed gene bank.

6) Getting members to recycle organic waste and creating compost heaps.

7) Sending out a newsletter / news paper / publication to spread ideas and information.

8) Looking as herbal uses.

9) Other items are creating awareness on the soil micro-flora and fauna, and general ecology,

and understanding predatory insects and fungal infections.
