Vince is the founding member and oboist of the ensemble, and is a native of El Paso, Texas where he graduated from El Paso High School. He is a sophomore music education major with emphasis in clarinet, and also studies harp and oboe. Vince is President of the Baylor University Music Educator's Association, Alumni Secretary for Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, the men's music fraternity and performs with the Baylor Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, and Early Music Ensemble. He studies clarinet with Dr. Richard Shanley, harp with Mrs. Juliette Buchanan, and oboe with Dr. Doris DeLoach.
