	I gotta kinda agree with ann there, they are aiming their site more and more at children. Even the adults have a hard time with it when their accounts are frozen, children are even more emotional about things like that. 	agrees on the above, also, when a new Rule is put in place, to advise us in the News before it takes place so we know. Also there should be in the Rules exactly what is and is not allowed on multiple accounts (i.e. games, what types, shops, etc.), because people are getting very mixed messages. 	you know I have an idea (if you put it in say it's from pixiefyre my frozen acct) A lot of people would like to speak to someone when frozen etc and mostly our only option is the support form which can be frustrating. How about an online support chat like some places do, click a button a window comes open and you can talk to to a person ------------------------- Where everyou go.......There you are!!

	i know the monitors are reading this right now, as they read all suspicious posts...so here goes... Neopets is a sell out site that should go back to the way it was - few pets/places and items were simple. There were no advertisements for other sites/companies and the games were simpler. 	draven, maybe for the lennyconundrums its a computer problem? I have problems on my windows user. I can't access msn messenger or hotmail and neopets keeps on getting errors so i use my brother's user for stuff like that

	I remember random events coming out like the woodworks and not having everything so millionaire bracketed. I've been playing legitimately and have only gone into the 700,000s all this time.

	if you user looks good and has lots of trophies you have a higher chance of getting hacked or something. that's why ppl post with different accounts and the like. Maybe something could be done about that. I dunno. Write it down if you want camille, but it should definitely be worded better.

	well, every so often it's either a roll of the die whether it works or not. With my computer and the computers at school. If that's the case, it's sad cause I'll never be able to truly play connundrums.

	I leave my user lookups...I have no knack for the computer programming or htmling that goes with it, so what I get is fine. Though, it wouldn't kill to have nicer presets or something.

	They also need to make the money tree and shops more 56k friendly! I can't get anything cool from shops because ppl with DSL and cable nab anything worth trading or selling! I used to rely on random events to give me half a chance but now its pfffft.

	I think that Neopets should have more stringent punishments for art theft. When an image is stolen and used in the Beauty Contest, the user rarely, if ever, gets frozen. For all I know, they don't even get warnings. Art theft is illegal and should be treated as such. 	Don't get me wrong, i ove neopets, it's great how big it's grown and I understand the bigger the corp, the harder it is to keep up...but it is pretty harrowing. I commend them for doing what they can but sometimes they improve on things that don't need improving and miss out on things that do need help.

	I love Neopets, Im just giving them words from their users that they can use to make things better. They made the site for people to use, anyone can sign up. I dont think we are neccesarily lucky.

	Free is fine, but they've gone commercial as well, and going commercial is catoring to people who buy their toys and get their codes and play their games hoping to get some fun and stressfree internet environments. But when you spend 100 dollars on their toys to get nothing from the codes they provide and close and freeze accounts, how free is it then?
