xinventions a good site (good forum that is) it doesn't have free plans, but the guy made a hovercraft similar to mine
futurehorizons.net a dodgy site ( meaning that I havent bought anything from them) they have plans and full scale hovercrafts (FOR A PRICE) the plans are like 50 $$, look around the site for interesting "others"
