Dan Dembiczak, who thought up Outcast Productions, has written all of the plays produced by the group. He has also acted, directed, and sold people tickets. Craig Trolli joined up during the first production and has been acting, assistant directing, and co-producing ever since. Mary Brannigan joined early on and has acted, directed and co-produced. They are all considering the next project, possible options include Claire Voyant, Dembiczak's tale of a midget and the drag queen he loves.
