All meetings are held at Pilgramwood Public School from 7:00 to 9:00 every Wednesday of the week unless otherwise instructed. Uniforms may be casual or formal.

Algonquin Canoe Trip Information
RAPPELLING - More details will follow but thanks to Scouter Dave Lowery our scout troop has been booked for a days event learning to rappel.
     Our training date is April 9th 7-9 abd all must attend if you are rappelling. Parents can attend to watch but must wear a hard hat not provided, and at your own risk.
     On April 12, 2008 we will meet at the school at 8:00am and travel to Rattlesnake in Milton. The maximum participants is 20 including leaders and youth. Extra spots if available will be filled with ventures. The cost is $25.00 per person. Final details on costs will be discussed. We will be at the park from 9 - 4, returning to Oakville around 5:00pm.
Advance Planning Dates
February 1, 2 & 3 Winter Camp, date to be confirmed (Feb.1 is a PD Day)
April 25, 26 & 27 Competition Camp, Blue Heron Scout Reserve, Acton
May 17, 18 and 19 Algonquin Park Canoe Trip (May 24 weekend) Youth are asked to miss school on the Friday, we will return on the Sunday.
The uniform requirements are:
Casual: Necker, woggle and T-shirt. On colder days the youth should wear the T over a long sleeve shirt. Scout vest is optional.
Formal: Necker, woggle and scout shirt with sash. Scout vest is optional.
