Tiger Den Outdoor Activities
There are so many things that you can introduce the Tigers to in the outdoors.
Here are some ideas of activities to do with the Tiger den.

Go sledding in the winter
Look for animal or bird tracks in the snow
Build a snow fort or snow man
Go ice fishing
Look for squirrel nests or bird nests in bare trees
Talk about Indian Lore
Look for cloud pictures in the sky
Look for nature�s treasures under leaves or snow
Just be outdoors for a walk or run
Scavenger hunts
Egg hunts around Easter
Find a �lost person�
Look for signs of spring
Put out nesting materials in the woods or parks
Visit a farm
Feed the ducks and geese at rivers or ponds
Can you find any nuts the squirrels missed
How many different colors can you find on your walk
How many things can you find in nature that start with a letter from the word �TIGER CUB�
Look for fossils or different kinds of rocks
Be a tree detective
Be a leaf detective
Look for animal houses in trees, logs, or the ground
Find a woodpecker tree
Find a beaver tree
Star gaze in the evenings

Remember to look at the world through the eyes of a young boy. What interests them might not interest you, but this is for the boys to Search, Discover, and Share.
