  • $3K revenue expected for Pack 1680
  • On Nov 15 , popcorn will be available for pickup and distribution
Lexington (Chuck Littlepage)
  • 287 people attended that weekend from various cub scout packs
  • Attendees from Pack 1680 will receive a Lexington patch
  • Agreed to send a Pack 1680 patch to the Lexington (Hank Malik) for posting on their display board
Next Pack Night - Nov  15 (Reece Nagai, Sara McAllister)
  • Theme for November is Kids Against Crime
  • Turkey calling contest for all cub scouts during the pack meeting
  • "Run-ons" planned for the meeting
  • Need better time management for the meeting like assigned seating and entire den goes up front to receive cub scout awards
  • Opening ceremony assigned to Titans Patrol
Cub Scout Shop
  • Need a list of people that can sign for purchases
Christmas Adopt-A-Family (Janet Walmsley, Tom Cox)
  • Deadly Dragon Patrol and Soaring Eagle Patrol buying gifts for needy family through the school 
  • Other Pack dens will go through church to assign needy families for donating gifts (Tom to check with Diane Wood)
PowWow (Sara McAllister)
  • Scheduled for Saturday, Nov 9
Pinewood Derby (Roland Garza)
  • First meeting to be scheduled during first week of December
Financial/Budgets (Nancy Wenzel)
  • Need replacement for Jim Wenzel as Treasurer
