How we are organized

We are the Wolf Den (2nd grade). There are dens for boys in grades 1 through 5. All the dens together make up the Pack. We are Pack 1680 in the Sam Houston Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America.

Uniforms

Our pack requires a uniform from the WAIST UP ONLY. Please check out our Uniform page for more information.

Meeting Times and Places

The Wolf Den generally meets every two weeks. Pack meetings will be held on the third Friday of every month with exceptions according to other specific events. We welcome all the boys in the pack along with their families (please come and have some fun).

The pack meeting is held at the Faith United Methodist Church, on FM 359.

The Bobcat Trail

The boy's first trail of achievement will be to earn their Bobcat patch. This involves YOU, the parent. Parents must sign off on the necessary steps toward Bobcat. We will work on these steps in den meetings... but... you should work on them at home as well because you must sign them off when completed.

I can tell you, that there is no greater satisfaction for the boys than receiving their awards and wearing them proudly. The handbook explains everything... and as always... you can give me a call.

A Final Word . . . .

The main idea is to make the boys learn and have FUN. Call me anytime for questions or ideas on how we can make our den better.....
