As you can tell by the marking on the tail, 554 served with the CCS at the time this picture was snapped. Radar Warning Recievers are clearly visible on the tail.

A bried history of 90-554:
Delivered 14/07/67. Served with 75 Sqn Butterworth Malaysia. Served with 77 Sqn Williamtown NSW. Williamtown Open Day 29?/08/85 in 77 Sqn markings on static display. Served with 77 Sqn. Finished RAAF Service with 4199 hours on airframe. Storage 06/05/88 at Woomera, Pakistan Air Force 11/90. Overhauled in 1996. Still in Service Pakistan Air Force as 90-554.
