"Since the Nyingma Monlam Chenmo is for the welfare of all,
I do not need to
mention here the responsibility of all the followers of the Nyingma lineage,
whether monks or lay practitioners, high or low. Therefore, I request all to
work hard for the progress of this movement. Till now, all the followers of Guru
Rinpoche have stood untied through prayers and commitment, and I feel it is very
important to strengthen this unity and stand together with sincere intention for
the welfare of sentient beings and the teachings in future."

By the grace of His Holiness Penor Rinpoche, the
President of Nyingma Monlam Chenmo Int'l Foundation,
Palyul Nyingma Buddhist Association will be undertaking
the responsibility of sponsoring the 18th Annual Nyingma
Monlam Chenmo, also known as the Great Prayer Assembly,
