CASEY BIBLE RECORD

This Casey family - while not tied to Ruth CASEY Ray, my great great great grandmother, was in the Calloway County, Kentucky area in its early days.  Perhaps someone can connect to this family or to my Ruth Casey RAY.  

Barbara Ferrell <[email protected]> has in her possession a deteriorating Bible published in 1830 by the American Bible society, NY. The front pages are missing. All information  presented here is from the pages just before the NT and the inside covers. Probably belonged to George W. Casey, but was in the possession of Mary Jane Casey Clarkson. The following is a condensed version of what she can read of the very faded writing and the torn pages.

George W. Casey married Mrs. Elizabeth FRENCH in Callaway Co, KY, 1844.

The name Reynolds appears faintly inside the front cover along with names:
