Shake until well combined. Get a tall cocktail glass and fill it halfway with ice. Strain drink into the glass. Pour some soda on top. Stir and garnish with the slice of lime. *************** B-52 double shot glass 1/2 oz Baileys Irish Cream 1/2 oz Grand Marnier 1/2 oz Kahlua Mix all ingredients and serve. Chilled if preferred. *************** Banana Daquiri 1.5 oz white rum 1.5 oz banana liquer 1 oz white creme de cacao 1 large ripe banana (broken into chunks) .75 cup of orange juice 1 tsp sugar 12 ice cubes Put all ingredients in blender (I put ice in first, then liqiuds). Ice crush to break up most of the ice then blend till no chunks of ice remain. Pour and enjoy with a straw. *************** Bloody Mary 2 oz Belvedere vodka 3 to 6 dashes Tabasco 3 to 4 dashes Worcestershire Sauce 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1 dash celery salt 3 to 6 dashes pepper 1/2 teaspoon horseradish 1/2 cup tomato juice 2 stalks fresh cut celery Add all ingredients in cocktail shaker except celery stalks. Shake and pour into pint glass 1/3 to 1/2 full of ice cubes. Add celery as garnish. Add additional pepper, or horseradish to taste. *************** Blue Hawaii 1 ounce blue Curacao 1/2 ounce dark rum 1/2 ounce light rum 1 ounce orange juice 5 ounces pineapple juice, (or to fill) 3 ounces crushed ice Pour crushed ice into blender. Add curacao, rum, pineapple juice, and orange juice, and blend until smooth. Pour into beer goblet. Garnish with an orange slice, pineapple chunk, and cherry on a toothpick. *************** Brandy Alexander 2 jiggers dark creme de cocoa 1 jigger brandy 1 pt. vanilla ice cream 1 c. crushed ice Put all ingredients in blender. Cover and frappe until sherbet consistency. Serve in small brandy snifters with nutmeg sprinkled on top. Yield: 6 (3 oz.) drinks. *************** Cherry liquor 1 lt brandy 1 kg cherries 150-300 gr subar 2 sticks cinnamon 20 gr clovers Cut each washed cherry slightly, leave in pits. In a bottle of glass put all the ingredients and let sit for 30-60 days, to age, shaking every second day. Strain off liqueur through a wire mesh strainer and discard. Rebottle as desired. *************** Coffee Liquor 2 cups water 2 cups white sugar 1/2 cup dry instant coffee (fresh jar) 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups vodka Boil water and sugar until dissolved. Turn off heat. Slowly add dry instant coffee and continue stirring. Add vanilla extract to the vodka, then combine the cooled sugar syrup and coffee solution with the vodka. Cover tightly and shake vigorously each day for 3 weeks. For Tia Maria: Substitute brandy for the vodka. *************** Cosmopolitan Martini 8 parts 80 proof vodka 2 parts cranberry juice 2 parts triple sec 1 part freshly squeezed lime juice Mix and store in freezer until needed. If you want a nearly crystal-clear drink, decant the lime juice a few times to remove pulpy sediment. *************** Dry Martini 12 ounces of gin 6 ounces of French vermouth 1/4 teaspoon orange bitters cracked ice 6 olives Mix gin, bitters, and ice in shakers. Shake 12 times. Strain off into 6 cocktail glasses. Serve over ice. *************** Hurricane 1 fluid ounce dark rum 1 fluid ounce light rum 1/2 fluid ounce Galliano 2 fluid ounces passion fruit syrup 1/2 fluid ounce orange juice 1 splash Rose's lime juice 1 splash pineapple juice Fill a mixing glass with cracked ice. Add rum, Galliano, passion fruit syrup, and orange juice. Shake and strain into highball or Collins glass filled with ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Store tightly covered in refrigerator for up to one month. Stir well before serving. *************** Lady Godiva 2 oz. creme de cocoa 3 oz. Kahlua 6 scoops vanilla ice cream 1 c. strawberries 1 c. half and half or cream Powdered sugar (optional) Mix in blender until smooth. Serve in brandy glasses. Top with whipped cream and a whole strawberry. *************** Long Island Iced Tea 1/2 oz vodka 1/2 oz gin 1/2 oz triple sec 1/2 oz light rum 1/2 oz tequila 2 oz sour mix Mix with ice and then top with coke. *************** Lynchburg Lemonade 1 ounce Jack Daniel's 1 ounce Triple Sec 1.5 ounces sweet 'n sour mix 7-Up Shake and strain into a Highball glass then fill with 7-Up *************** Mai Tai 1 oz light rum 1 oz dark rum 1 half oz curacao 1 half oz orgeat dash grenadine 1 oz lime 1/2 oz orange juice Combine and mix well. Serve over ice with lime garnish. *************** Manhattan 2 oz. Jack Daniel's 1/2 oz. dry vermouth bitters Shake and pour into cocktail glass. *************** Margarita 2 ounces tequila 1 ounce cointreau 1 ounce lime juice 1 dash salt Shake with ice and mix in to a bowl shaped glass with a lightly salted rim. Mimosas 1 bottle champagne or sparkling wine(750 ml bottle) 1 quart fresh orange juice 1-2 limes, sliced paper thin Grenadine syrup Fill champagne flute half full with orange juice, fill to brim with champagne. Add splash of grenadine syrup . Garnish with lime slice. *************** Mudslide 1/3 vodka 1/3 Kahlua 1/3 Irish Cream Measure all ingredients in to shot glass. *************** Pina Colada 1 part light rum 1 part cream of coconut 2 parts pineapple juice Blend, serve in exotic glass. Garnish with a cherry and/or pineapple slice and a straw. *************** Thai Iced Tea 8 c water 6 tablespoons Thai tea sugar ice cubes half-and-half or sweetened condensed milk Bring water to boil. Add tea and steep 5 minutes. Strain and season to taste with sugar. Cool, then chill in refrigerator. When ready to serve, place ice cubes in each of 6 tall glasses. Pour tea over ice, leaving room to add half and half to taste. *************** White Russian 1 oz vodka 1 oz Kahlua 2-3 oz cream or half & half 1 c ice Fill cocktail glass with ice, add vodka, Kahlua, and cream.
