Here are some ideas for managing your AOL Peace Pack centers. The following links provide information that I have worked on for the center in Aioun, which has changed over the course of the project due to lessons learned. The information is basically a framework by which you can help your local communities obtain organizational skills and capacity necessary to manage the center and ensure its success. These documents are primarily in French and include a Statut du Centre (Center By-Laws), Contract for the Chef du Centre, and Description des Obligations for the Inspector and the Tresurer. I have also included some of my notes for this framework, which I suggest you read first, as well as accounting training for center personnel.
