     First trip to Sweden and Germany
         I made my first trip to Sweden,Denmark, and Germany in Mar 1983 with my parents
   for their 45th wedding anniversity. In Sweden we met over 30 relatives for the first time.
I still remember going past Ebbe and Sonja Lind's farm 3 times the first Sunday while I
   was looking for the relative's places that they lived Spraglerod and Parbo in Bronnestad.
They had moved to Sandakra ,Norra Mellby where the Lind's lived. I had to go to Norra
   Mellby to get the records from Bronnestad that Sunday night. That night I found two
   names to see on Monday one was Sonja (Magnus Pehrson) and the other was Astrid
   Lindskog (Elna Pehrsdotter Mansson). My mother's diary will tell the rest of the story. It
has not been created

         Kopp's side
          I went to West Bend,Washington Co.,Wisconsin in 1977 and got to see the farm that the
     Kopp's settle in 1846. It is still in the Kopp family all these years later.John Kopp was the
     owner until Mar 2001(this year). I enjoyed going up to the farm to visit John and Marion
     which included picking apples many years into the 1980's. I am sorry to say that he had to
     sell earlier this year.

       Eberhardt's side
           In 1978 my parents and I went to Salina,Saline Co. and Cloud Co., Kansas,USA This was
    a trip where my car broke down in Kansas so I had to get a new car. It was a trip to Ft. Wayne
    Public Library in 1977 where I found a Bill Eberhardt living in Salina,Saline Co.,Kansas.I talk        to him on a Sunday for over an hour. He was very helpful in finding the relatives in Kansas
     and other states.
