My husband Al Stewart was in the RCD's in Germany and we were friendly with Moe Rooker and his wife and family and would appreciate it if anyone has their address or knows of their whereabouts.
We are living in Brisbane, Queensland Australia. We have obviously not been in touch with Moe for over 25 years but would love to hear how he is and where he is.
We have recently joined the RCD Association.

Re: Reunion update
VACC 50th Anniversary Reunion

We are now just 6 months away from the largest reunion ever held in British Columbia. On July 30, 31, Aug 1, 1999, Vernon BC will host the VACC 50th Anniversary Reunion. With more than 75,000 former cadets and staff having trained at Vernon Army Cadet Camp since 1949, its expected that there will be a huge turnout of people from across North America. Many events and parades are planned for this historic gathering. Every single community in Canada has had cadets attend the camp during a summer at one time or another. Vernon Army Cadet Camp to this day continues to train and prepare Canadas youth during the six-week courses in leadership, outdoor skills, first aid, map & compass, musical band, competitive rifle shooting and hiking all set amidst one of the most picturesque and historic camps in Western Canada. Many of us have fond memories of the summers spent in Vernon. We are now taking on-line and phone registration. Many activities are planned for the long weekend, including an open house at the camp. If you ever spent a summer in Vernon and would like to attend the reunion, please contact us at
