Pawn structure is key to solid defense and semi-moblie spot to launch attack.
especially, it is fun to put knight supported by pawn
and launch menacing attack!
bishop = 3
knight = 3
rook = 5
queen = 9
king = too great to value but holds attack power of 4
knight < bishop in open field
queen + knight > queen + bishop
rook + rook > queen
1 or 2 pawns + knight = rook
1 or 2 pawns + bishop = rook
rook + bishop or knight + pawn = queen
queen holds the biggest value in chess but knight or other less value pieces might be better in some
situation ...
