All-Time Favorite Games
In order to get clear in my thinking about which kinds of games are most entertaining
to me, and thus make good decisions about which games to buy, I assembled
the following list of my all-time favorite games. It shows me some useful things about
my own gaming tastes. At any rate, the following is the list of games I've played from best to worst
in descending order.
In ranking them, I've tried to place them in terms of
the
complete picture; i.e., I've tried not to focus on any specific attribute.
Instead, I've tried to place them in an overall hierarchy in terms of the
total amount
of enjoyment produced by each. That's a pretty subjective measure, but it is clear to me that I enjoyed (and still enjoy) Dungeon Keeper II, for example, more than any
of the other games listed below it.
