The shop assistant reaches up to the shelf to get the Gingerbread Pie down, but as she does so, the pie suddenly jumps to the ground, shouting "You can't catch me!" and runs out of the door. You're quite surprised, but the assistant is postively distraught: "Oh what am I going to do?" she wails, "I'll lose my job if I let one escape!" Feeling moved by this display of emotion, you promise to catch the Gingerbread Pie and bring it back to the Pie Shop. The assistant, after all, might give you some sort of reward for your heroism, like a kiss on the cheek or an invitation to the cinema that evening. Gosh. Spurred on by this thought, you hurry to the door with a well-contrived look of concern on your face. But which way did the Gingerbread Pie go?
