What is a general college fraternity?

A general college fraternity, such as Pi Kappa Phi, participates in many different college activities. On the social side, we organize open and closed parties, attend socials with sororities, and enjoy various other brother activities. In athletics we compete against other organizations and fraternities in softball, basketball, football, soccer, and volleyball. A unique facet of our fraternity is also our national philanthropy, PUSH America. Last, but not least, we encourage scholarship and academic achievement.
