Abstract of Will of Oliver Brock

May 25, 1761.  Brock, Oddy or Oliver, of Northampton, Burlington County, New Jersey,  Will of ____________, To my grandson, Uriah Brock, (eldest son of my son, John), I pound when 21.  My present wife Martha, Household goods.  Grandaughter, Frances Brock a pan. Rest to my children, Burbridge Brock, Thomas Brock and my daughter Millicent, wife of Samuel Sheldon. (W. J. Wills, Lib. 10, P 340).


Abstract of Will of John Brock, son of Oliver:

August 30, 1758.  Brock, John of chester, Burl county, Will of yeoman.  My dwelling, grist mill and land to my sons, Uriah and John Brock when of full age.  If my wife is with child it is to have its share.  My wife Mercy Hiller to have rent of mill, until my sons are of age.  Executors--my wife and brother-in-law, John Hillier.  Proved March 30, 1761 (W. Abstract of Will of William Potter (father of Mary Potter - wife of Burbridge Brock)

October 31, 1765. Will of William Potter, of Shewsbury Township, Monmouth Co., yeoman, mentions "To my grandson, William Potter Brock, 20 pounds when eighteen, and to the two daughters of my daughter mary Brock 54 pounds; and then he is to have all my lands. Rest to my daughter, Mary Brock, wife of Burbridge Brock.
