Every cadet enters the Academy as a Fourth Class and without exception. undergoes the same initial training to prepare him/her for the challenges of publicsafety service work. For four solid years, PNPA cadets stays in the same barracks, eat the same food, wear the same uniform, and pas through the same courses of education and training.
