Locomotive

Outskirt stand appears to be an old railway station. The locomotive has been turned into a bar inside, which goes to explaining the windows on its side.

This train apparently has no rails to drive on, though.

 The bar inside, though it doesn't have very much space, is the only place in Orre where pokéballs are actually sold. The first time Wes got here, the store keeper let him have five pokéballs for free. The rest of Orre doesn't really need pokéballs because wild pokémon are highly uncommon. However, Pokéballs are necessary to make the snag machine function.
