| Mr. Briney used to be a great seafarer when he was younger (see
below). He abandoned the sea untill his wingull, Peeko, was kidnapped
by a Team Aqua Grunt. A trainer rescued Peeko and
he accepted to take this trainer to Dewford
Town and Slateport in his
boat. He later was called upon to be the captain of the SS
Tidal, which he immediately accepted. |
