| Kurt is a bold old man who is a famous pokéball expert. He makes balls from apricorns for the trainers who bring him the apricorns
without any problems. He only makes one type of ball for each trainer
per day, though.
When Team Rocket kidnapped all the
town's Slowpokes back in 1999, he was the first to go over to fight
them. He later was joined by a trainer who was a
big help when he couldn't fight anymore.
