"Dear children! Also today, I urge you to
consecrate yourselves to my Heart and to the Heart of my Son
Jesus. Only in this way will you be mine more each day and you
will inspire each other all the more to holiness. In this way joy
will rule your hearts and you will be carriers of peace and love.
Thank you for having responded to my call." ~ Mary, Our
Mother, May 25, 2004, Medjugorje
"Consecration to Mary requires a
childlike simplicity and confidence, letting her lead one by the
hand, trusting — regardless of what lies ahead — that she
knows better than we what contributes most to God’s glory, our
sanctification and the salvation of souls."
"Jesus Christ, you God of
love,
I believe in you, I adore you, I hope in you and I love you.
I am sorry for all my sins because of my love for you.
Mary, my dearest Mother,
I want to be your child and your very own for all eternity.
Jesus and Mary, I consecrate and give
myself totally and without reservation to you
and to your most holy hearts:
with my whole heart, with my whole soul, with my whole being, with
all that I am and own (with all of my family and my descendants)
for time in eternity.
To you I give my past, my present, and
my future.
O Jesus and Mary, I vow to remain true;
that is my solemn promise.
Please help me to keep this promise forever and always.
Permit, O good Jesus, that I always live within you and you always
in me.
I want to be a living tabernacle for you.
Please take me from my self and change me according to your
will.
Mary, my mother, my intercessor, Queen of my Heart and my
soul,
I also desire that you live in me.
You know all my weaknesses.
Please mold me according to what Jesus wants for me.
Amen."
"Sacred Heart of Jesus and
Immaculate Heart of Mary,
I come to you to entrust myself and my entire family to your two
hearts.
I desire to renew the vows of my baptism
and place each member of my family through an act of faith, hope
and love into loving union with the Holy Family of Jesus, Mary and
Joseph.
I dedicate myself and each member of my
family to the Guardian Angels God has given each one of us.
O Holy Guardian Angels, enlighten, guide
and protect each one so as to lead us safely home to heaven. At
Fatima, dear Mother of God, you appeared with St. Joseph and the
Child Jesus blessing the world.
O Holy Family, bestow blessings upon me
and my entire family so that we may live the Christ-life. I desire
that each member of my family adore always the Most Blessed
Trinity and love our God in the most Blessed Sacrament.
Grant PEACE to each member of my family.
Keep each one in the grace of Jesus Christ.
Never permit any of my family to stray
from the true faith. (For any family member who has strayed, I
beseech you to bind up the wounds, lift up the fallen, restore and
keep each of our loved ones in grace. Bid them come back to their
Father's true home.)
Amen."
~ Pope John Paul II
An Offering of the
Hearts of Jesus and Mary
O Jesus, only Son of God, only Son of Mary,
I offer Thee the most loving Heart of Thy divine Mother
which is more precious and pleasing to Thee than all hearts.
O Mary, Mother of Jesus,
I offer Thee the most adorable Heart of Thy well-beloved Son,
who is the life and love and joy of Thy Heart.
Blessed be the Most Loving Heart
and Sweet Name of Our Lord Jesus Christ
and the most glorious Virgin Mary, His Mother,
in eternity and forever.
Amen.
Consolers Daily Consecration
Dear Jesus and Mary,
I wish to renew the consecration of
myself to your United Hearts today. I offer my day in reparation
and atonement, in order to console Your Hearts for the many
insults and injuries which will afflict You by uncaring Souls
throughout the world.
I desire to console You through fervent
prayer, sacrifices and good works; through my commitment as a lay
Consoler. I do so in union with each loved member of our lay
apostolate. How sincerely I desire, through my consecration, to
draw souls to You.
I pray my guardian angel will carry my oblation to You in Heaven
and place it before Your Throne.
May it be a gift of love which will
console Your Hearts today and forever!
Amen.
