Mt. Krizevac, Medjugorje, the Hill of the Cross, at whose summit there is a three ton cement Cross built in 1933 to commemorate the 19th centenary of our Lord’s Passion & Death. Getting to the difficult, near impossible path to the summit is an intimate and prayerful experience praying the Stations of the Cross as you climb. The Stations are marked by beautiful bronze plaques along the pathway.
