  • Deoderize refrigeraters by sponging walls, shelves,
    and floor racks with a solution of 3/4 cup of Baking
    Soda to each gallon of water after each normal
    scrubbing.
  • Deoderize portable food cart interiors by sponging
    with Baking Soda solution after each use.
  • Sponge or wipe dish carts to keep free of
    sour-smelling build-up.
  • Keep cutting boards and surfaces cleaned and
    deoderized with frequent soda solution spongings.
  • Use soda solution around dishwashing areas, on drain
    boards, dish tables, etc. after each meal period or at
    end of each day to control odor build-up.
  • Clean mop applications of soda solution to areas
    around steam kettles, jet cookers, etc.; will keep
    areas and floor drains clean and sweet-smelling.
  • Use soda solution to wipe and keep clean coffee
    station areas, around coffee urns, cup storage areas,
    and even around cold beverage dispensing sections.
DEPENDABLE AND SAFE

  • Use dry, as a scouring agent on broiler racks or grids, to help remove carbon buildup.
  • Sprinkle directly onto moistened scouring cloths or pads. Will not scratch or stain.
  • Use in stainless steel or glass coffee urns or decanters to help remove stains. Rinse free for cleaner, sweeter better coffee.
  • Place a small receptacle (uncovered) or an opened box of baking soda in each refrigerator to help control food odors and flavor transfer.
  • Keep counter tops and table tops bright and sweet with regular soda solution sponging.



Store in dry storage area at 70�F or below. Keep away from heat and moisture.
