- Deoderize refrigeraters by sponging walls, shelves,
and floor racks with a solution of 3/4 cup of Baking
Soda to each gallon of water after each normal
scrubbing.
- Deoderize portable food cart interiors by sponging
with Baking Soda solution after each use.
- Sponge or wipe dish carts to keep free of
sour-smelling build-up.
- Keep cutting boards and surfaces cleaned and
deoderized with frequent soda solution spongings.
- Use soda solution around dishwashing areas, on drain
boards, dish tables, etc. after each meal period or at
end of each day to control odor build-up.
- Clean mop applications of soda solution to areas
around steam kettles, jet cookers, etc.; will keep
areas and floor drains clean and sweet-smelling.
- Use soda solution to wipe and keep clean coffee
station areas, around coffee urns, cup storage areas,
and even around cold beverage dispensing sections.
