Background:
Lisa was born at Fort Campbell, KY to 2LT Michael and 1LT Julia Tolbok on March 7, 1982. Her mother was a pilot for one of the Cobra Helicopter teams, and her father was a mechanic on that team.
Lisa was and is a very bright girl. She has a very high IQ, and there for was granted a full scholarship to Capitol City Trade and Technical at the age of 16.
Her parents were best friends with 2LT Gunner Kates, and made him her Godfather at the time of her 12th birthday.
Just within the last few weeks her parents Chopper team was sent to Saudi. While in route the transport plane was shot down. No one survived. She has no living family left and her parents had made Kates Lisa's guardian for just such an accident.
She has therefore been transferred to the SGC, and into LT Gunner Kates' care.
Psychological Profile:
Tolbok is a very bright but bitter teenager. She has not had an easy time adjusting to life at Tech School let alone dealing with the death of her parents. Looks like Kates is going to have his hands full with this kid.
