Paul's Guide to Puerto Iguazu Life and Love Dec 18 |
Dorm/Private |
Dec 18, 2015 Here are some pics from my ride today Richad who works at the Hostel Park - he worked the night shift today. Lissi who just came back from a trip to Buenos Aires and wishes she didn't have to come back! Natalia who cleans the hostel rooms, changes sheets etc. One thing I like about this hostel is they let me put my bike in the room. :) I took a pic of the locker in my room because these lockers seem to be some of the most secure I have seen anywhere in the world. The locks are actually double bolt locks. I found a warehouse with some interesting quotes painted on the wall... As I took the pic I got tangled up in some phone cable. You see a lot of cables and wire on the ground in South America. At the end of the road I saw the river and Brazil, a nice little place for a picnic and another broken water pipe. In the background is the bridge to Brazil. I also met some Jehovah's Witnessess... Following the river I came to the Panoramic Hotel for the first time. Here is side vew and a view from inside. Denis, who taught himself English from working in hostels, filled my bottle with cold water. Thanks Denis! Next to the hotel there is a park....It is a nice park but needs some cleaning up and maintenance... View of river and Tres Fronteras from in front of hotel Broken bench Shop with sunflower seeds, olives, etc Then I went in to the Peter Pan hostel and got a pic of the pool . |
