| William was one of the forerunners of the teenage revolution on W. An accomplished oralist and an advocate of class equality, William gained significant respect from the royal family, despite his involvement in the movement for sexual freedom and status liberty. Wizra became his best friend and it was through William that Wizra came in contact with the underground movement, and Wizera. William was also fast friends with Willow, even after the two of them had a brief affair and for the rest of his life he would fight to protect her and eventually Wanda, at any cost. Prior to the destruction of W, William had a vision that Wizera would lead to the death of them all, but Wizra refused to believe him and the two of them never spoke again. William died in the explosion of W and went to the Seventh Dimension along with all the others who perished. He spent many years observing the Ra Family and Wizera. When Wizra and Wizera made peace, he felt the need to make peace first with Wizera. He's still working to forgive Wizra for things said during their fight, but he's trying hard.
