4.�Announce your priorities. Don't give everything a PRIORITY NUMBER ONE. Even you yourself can't finish a stack of work load prioritized ONE all at the same time, unless you are an automaton.
5. Don't be a follow-up addict. You might as well fed up your supervisors, they won't listen to you next time around.
6. Don't be repetitive. Your word is the supervisors' command. Repetition only leads to irritation. Repetition is only the privilege given to broken records.
7.�Be firm. If you said this one would not hold through, stick to it. You would only be playing favorites if you won't stick with your previous announcements.
8. Encourage. Encourage. Encourage. Encourage.
