Russian Tea #1  (slow cook version - great for the holidays)
8 cups water
5 tea bags
1 cup sugar
16 oz. orange juice (not concentrated)
8 oz. pineapple juice (not concentrated)
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon whole cloves

First make tea with the water and tea bags. Then add all the other stuff. Simmer at least 1/2 hour. Makes a nice smell in the kitchen at Christmas parties.


Russian Tea #2 (instant version - great served over ice)

8 oz. Tang (orange flavored drink powder)
1 oz instant tea with lemon
1-1/2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves

Mix all together. Store in a tightly sealed jar or container. To serve, add several tablespoons of the mix to a cup of hot water. Stir.

NOTE: If you use plain instant tea, add 1 package of lemon Kool-Aid.
