HAMBURGER HASH
1 pound Lean Beef
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
Frozen Corn
Minute Rice Water

Brown Lean Beef in a large fry pan until brown, drain any grease. Add the can of Celery Soup. Rinse can with about 1/2 cans worth of water and add to fry pan mixture. Now fill rinsed soup can with until about 3/4 full with the Frozen Corn and add this to the pan. Stir the mixture well and heat until the "soup" starts to boil. Stir in about a cup of Minute Rice, cover and remove from heat. Let sit 5 minutes and then stir once more and serve with jelly bread and a small salad for a complete hearty meal.

PS: You can adjust the thickness of this hash by how much water & rice you add. If you want it juicer, add more water or less rice. If you want it thicker, uses less water or more rice.  Also, try it with ground turkey or chicken.
