TACO DIP
1 lb. ground beef
8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
Taco (Mild) Sauce
Lettuce (shredded)
Tomato (chunk into bite size chunks)
1 sm. onion (diced)
1 sm. can ripe olives (diced)
- optional mozzarella & cheddar cheese (shredded)

Brown and drain ground beef. Next take the cream cheese and spread on a dinner plate or in a pie plate. Spread Taco sauce over the top of cream cheese. Then layer in order - ground beef, lettuce, tomato chunks, onion, olives, mozzarella & cheddar cheese.

Serve with Tostitos or baked corn chips. To eat, scoop taco dip onto chips and enjoy.
