Turkey Salad Almondine (Quick Pasta
Dish)
Cook Fusilli according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well. Combine turkey, almonds, peas, Fusilli in large bowl. Add mayonnaise, toss lightly. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill. 4 to 6 serving. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
*8 ounces Rotini, Spirals, Macaroni Twists, Rotelle or Curly-Roni may be substituted for Fusilli. |
