Turkey Salad Almondine (Quick Pasta Dish)
3 cups (8 ounces) Cut Fusilli* uncooked
2 cups cubes cooked turkey
     or 2 cans (5 ounces each) chunk turkey
3/4 cup sliced almonds
1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas, cooked and drained
1-1/4 cups mayonnaise

Cook Fusilli according to package directions; drain.  Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well.  Combine turkey, almonds, peas, Fusilli in large bowl.   Add mayonnaise, toss lightly.  Salt and pepper to taste. Chill. 4 to 6 serving.  Serve on a bed of lettuce.

 

*8 ounces Rotini, Spirals, Macaroni Twists, Rotelle or Curly-Roni may be substituted for Fusilli.
