This Information
From Anita Firmani Rozzi
Unfortunately,
I have sad news. I was notified that Bobby Firmani passed
away today. Bob has been very ill for some time, and
has been in a wheelchair for the past four years. I am very sad
and sorry about his passing.
I just finished talking with his
wife, Marge. She said that Bob had congestive heart
failure about 2 weeks ago and then suffered from another massive
stroke. Needless to say, he became progressively worse
over the last few days.
He was able to receive communion
and was blessed by a priest before he passed away. He
was always proud that he was Catholic and always bragged that
he had attended St. Vincent School and had been blessed with
wonderful classmates. Bob had a heart of gold and
always loved all of his family and old friends. He
would call me often just to catch up on the latest news about
everyone. Bob was a very giving person. He
always worried about everyone, and was never a selfish person. He
cared deeply for many people. He suffered here on
earth for the last four years, so I know that he is in heaven
at this time and finally at peace. I will miss him.
His wife, Marge, and their son
Mark and his family all live in North Carolina. (5-10-05)
