| Another loyal member of Team Rocket and also not very bright. He is Jessie's partner in crime. He was born in a rich family, but ran away from home because of an arrange marriage. Anyhow, he joined Team Rocket with Jessie, train together, try to catch Ash's Pikachu, aways losing, and they never give up. |
