Notes and Comments:
- The ARPs were based on 25% of the total air units rather than the usual 50% since the Luftwaffe was expanding during this period even though many of these new units are still forming and won't be shown until they become full. However, I note that David Hughes' corrected German ARPs for SF work out to be around 60%, not 50%.
- Normally, I would have included the changes made during the month of September as part of the initial OB, but I decided against this since none of these units were committed to the front during this period and doing so would give the Germans units that weren't historically available. If this weren't the very beginning of the war I wouldn't have concerned myself.
- The Me 109D needs to be dropped to a 4F4 since, as far as I can tell, the 20mm cannon that were thought to justify that rating were never fitted.
- In a Grand Europa context all NF during this period should have severe penalties since these aircraft are operating strictly by sight, and kills were strictly a matter of luck.
- Many of the Ju 52s were called up from schools, but I'm not sure exactly which ones so I ignored it for now.
