Demonstration of printing problem 01 Make sure that you have at least two printers defined, call them A and B. 1. Make A the Windows Default printer 2. Go to any FTM report, Printer Setup 3. Select the Specific Printer radio button, and printer "B" 4. Leave the report 5. In Windows, change the Windows Default Printer to B 6. Reenter the report, Printer Setup 7. The "Default Printer" radio button will be selected contrary to selection in step 3. The effect is that whenever that report is printed, the Windows Default printer will be used, whatever that may be at the time, rather than the specific printer that the user selected in step 3 (B). Another aspect: 1. Make A the Windows Default printer 2. Go to an FTM report, Printer Setup 3. Select "Specific printer", and printer "A" 4. Leave the report 5. Make B the Windows Default printer 6.
