Lt. Kevin Hagen of the U.S. Navy Explosives and Ordnance Disposal Team from
Guam shows Gov. Juan N. Babauta a sample of the material used to detonate
World War II live ordnance. This was the site where the live bombs were carefully
prepared before the governor pushed the button to detonate the munitions.
