The Aims of SoftClap®
The SOFT as we call it for short in Ghana and more especially on the Campus of the Kwame Nkrumah University of science and Technology is a new organization
founded by a team of three young men. Mr Samuel Oppong, Mr. Richard Yeboah and Mr. Alex Awume. All first year students of the Univeristy mentioned above pursuing BSc. Physics.
There are so many aims and we can say that majority of them are being prepared for the future. Normally evey clap or applaudes is made to actually symbolize gratitude or approval. We decided to call our organization the softclap because after a long clap especially
after something is so wonderfully incomprehensible, we cannot give up the applaudes and we clap softly and happily. We are here to make something big for the future of humanity and a world of "softness". We aim at:
- Aviation
- Automechanics
- Electronics
- Computing
Aviation
We want to find ways of bulding flying objects outside the fixed wing or the Vtol in the future.
We intend getting Ideas and also proposing new ways through research and nature. We intend using physicists, biologists(environmentalists) and
mechanics to actually carry out this project.
Automechanics
we want to find ways of building new cars to suit every environment and more so using the softclap twl technology to store power for street lights
and neigboring areas using the movement of vehicles. Details of the plans will be released in the few months to come.
Electronics
We intend making electronics a major part of our lives. Reduce manual activity. Use automated irrigation plants, seats that records number of sittings,
in the classroom (Data storing Chalkboards), gates and a lot. The power of imagination is what we want to utilize here.
Computing
This is the most important area since we are in the Computer age. All the aforementioned cannot be realised without the use of computers.
We intend using the computer to test every idea we may want to put it on the ground to see how practical it can be.
Computer simulations will be widely used. In the computer industry, we intend building a small zip card that will resemble
a phone card. It will have allocations for alot of programs that has been compressed and can be set up on a new Pc . Every detail including the recycle been will be
duplicated. Errors in programs will not be carried by the zip card. This is a future project and we hope to get ideas from all over the world. It may also need sponsorship and serious studies.
We intend learning a lot so that we can put most of our Ideas into practice.
Every thing mentioned here may just be a dream but together with your help and support we can make it.
