rules

1. Must be a Charmed or a Charmed related site.
2. No pornographic, adult related, or negative sites will be reviewed.
3. You must have a code up on your site withing five(5) days of applying, or you must sign my guestbook. One or the other is fine.
4. You can apply for three awards each month, and you can only aaply once a month.
5. You must follow the critera of the awards you wish to apply for.
6. I will send out the awards on the second to last day of each month. If you do not get an award, I'm sorry. Try again next month.
