Ingredients:
 
Strawberries, washed and dried
White chocolate
Blue sugar
 
Directions:

Place the blue sugar in a small bowl.

In a separate microwave safe mixing bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave on 50% power for two minutes. Remove the bowl from the microwave and stir until the bowl is no longer warm.

Return the bowl to the microwave and heat for 30 second intervals at 50% power, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

Remove the bowl from the microwave with and oven mitt to keep from burning yourself.

Carefully dip the lower two thirds of the strawberries in the melted white chocolate.

Dip the lower third of the strawberries in the blue sugar or spoon it onto the strawberry before the chocolate sets.

Place the strawberry on wax paper with the best side showing until completely cool.

Store in the refrigerator until served.
