
2oz (50g) grated cheese
3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1½ oz (40g) butter, melted
Little bit of milk
Arrange the potato slices on the bottom of the dish, sprinkle the potatoes with the cheese, and cover with the sliced eggs. Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients, there should be a layer of potatoes on the top.
Pour the melted butter on the top of the mixture and bake for 10 minutes, then pour in a little bit of milk and bake for another 10 minutes.
Mash the Potato mixture thoroughly for younger children.
Best served with a salad for older children and adults.
