Chicken and Broccoli Bake

Ingredients:
 
4 chicken breasts, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 lb broccoli, cut into florets
1 tin of creamy chicken soup
150ml/¼ pt milk
1 tsp curry powder
2 oz breadcrumbs (from 2 slices)
2 oz grated cheese
Salt & Pepper
Oil for frying

 
Directions:

Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry onion for a minute, then add the chicken pieces and cook for 5-10 minutes (depending on the size of the chicken pieces), stirring occasionally.

Boil broccoli for 3 minutes.

Mix the soup, milk, and curry powder together in a pourable mixing container.

Preheat the oven to 400 F.

Put the cooked chicken pieces with the onion and broccoli into an oven proof dish.

Pour in the soup mixture and cover with breadcrumbs and grated cheese and bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked.
