Easter Basket Cupcakes

Ingredients:
24 Cupcake Baking Cups (Easter Theme Preferred)
1 package (about 18 oz.) white cake mix
1 container (16 oz.) white ready-to-spread frosting
Flaked coconut
Green food color
Tiny jelly beans
Licorice twists
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Place Baking Cups in muffin pans and set aside.
Prepare
cake mix following package directions for 24 cupcakes. Once the batter
is mixed well, spoon the batter into baking cups.
Bake as directed and let cool on a wire baking rack.
Frost the cupcakes once they have cooled and set aside.
Tint
the coconut green by mixing the coconut with green food coloring until
you have the shade of green you desire. Once the coconut is the dyed
green, make a coconut nest on top of each cupcake.
Fill coconut nests with tiny
jelly beans.
Cut licorice twists in
half lengthwise and then cut halves into 6-inch pieces to make the basket handles. Attach the basket handles
by inserting ends of licorice into cupcakes.
